Our tour guide did a great job of showing us a wide variety of food near Fountain Square. He was well-versed in the area's food scene and was even helpful in some of the history of Cincy. My favorite was the doughnut grilled cheese from Tim + Chee which we ended up going back to to enjoy even more grilled-cheese awesomeness.
We had a fantastic time on the tour! Mike was a great tour guide and he combined the knowledge of the city with awesome food. I had been to most of the restaurants but I got to try something new at every place! That grilled cheese doughnut was more amazing than I ever expected. The best part was Mike's demeanor - he was really humble and nice as well as knowledgeable. I learned so much about the city and had some good noms! It's worth the price tag and I think it's good for the natives as well as visitors. You get very full as well — so it's a good deal.

Mike was our guide and he was amazing! I really liked this tour. It was a great first experience in Cincy. It gave me so many ideas for things I could do on future trips. It was a perfect balance of a foodie experience and history lesson. It was easy to find Mike in his pink polo shirt as he stood right by the fountain in Fountain Square. There is also a parking lot nearby at 520 Vine St. The tour starts and ends in Fountain Square. During the tour we stopped at 6 places and had samples at each restaurant: Hathaway's Diner, Via Vite, Skyline Chili, Tom + Chee, Venice of Vine, and Graeter's Ice Cream. I enjoyed all of the samples and the servers and/or owner/chef at each place was really nice too. It was cool to hear a bit of background on each place from them/Mike. The food is enough for lunch. Overall, I greatly recommend the tour for visitors and locals alike. It's a great overview of the city, but I bet Mike has some knowledge even long-time locals don't know. Way to give us a pleasant first day in town, Mike. Thanks!
Mike gave an AWESOME tour. His knowledge is deep with regard to food, and the history of Cincinnati. He appeared to have great relationships with all the people he introduced our group to at the restaurants, and I truly felt like a VIP. I would highly recommend Flavors of the Queen City to anyone whether they are a visitor or a resident.
